By using the PackRex website, interacting with our Discord bot, or uploading Minecraft packs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically, and any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Account Creation

Account registration is automatic when you use the Discord bot. By logging in with your Discord account, your Discord ID, username, and name are automatically registered on PackRex. You do not need to create a separate account on the website.

Your use of PackRex and the packs you upload are linked to your Discord account.

3. User-Generated Content

PackRex allows users to upload and share their Minecraft packs. By submitting content, you agree that:

• You own the intellectual property rights to the content you upload.
• Your content does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and is not harmful, illegal, or offensive.

We reserve the right to remove or modify content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that harms or disrupts the platform.
• Upload or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.

5. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at monin@packrex.xyz.

PackRex is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the availability, functionality, or security of the platform. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service.
